These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of App Store Translation Assistant, including our website, Chrome extension, APIs, and related services collectively referred to as the “service”.

Use of the Service
You may use App Store Translation Assistant only in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass security or usage limits, or access the service through unauthorized methods. You are responsible for the content, credentials, and data you submit while using the service.
Accounts
Some features may require an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
Credits & Usage Limits
The service may operate using a credit-based system. Credits allow access to certain AI-powered features and do not represent stored monetary value. Credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for cash. We may change credit costs, usage limits, included features, or availability over time.
Payments & Billing
Paid features, credit packages, or plans may be offered through Stripe or another payment provider. Prices are shown before purchase. Unless required by applicable law, payments are final and non-refundable once completed. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information.
Generated Content
The service may generate translations, keywords, suggestions, and other app store optimization content using automated systems. You are responsible for reviewing all generated output before using it. We do not guarantee that generated content will be accurate, complete, compliant with app store rules, or suitable for your specific use case.
Availability & Changes
We may modify, update, suspend, limit, or discontinue the service or any part of it at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free availability, and certain features may depend on third-party services that are outside our control.
Third-Party Services
The service may rely on third-party providers, including hosting, payment processing, authentication, analytics, and AI infrastructure providers. Your use of those third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.
Disclaimer
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
